Inspiring, Motivating & Educating the Next Generation
I am passionate about helping young people become the best version of themselves—supporting them in reaching their full potential by improving their health, fitness, and well-being.
Through my work, I provide bilingual health and well-being services for children aged 5-16 across Wales, focusing on both physical and mental health. I believe that health and wellbeing are the foundations for the rest of our lives—if we build a strong, positive relationship with fitness and wellness from a young age, it will serve us for a lifetime.
“If we have health, we have hope. If we have hope, we have everything.” – Thomas Carlyle
My goal is to have a positive daily impact on the next generation. I create engaging, educational, and inspiring content that encourages children to develop lifelong healthy habits. Every child deserves the knowledge and tools to grow, thrive, and succeed, and I am committed to providing them with the support they need.
What I Do & How I Help
I provide dynamic, engaging, and educational health & wellbeing workshops designed to empower children and young people across Wales. My sessions go beyond just physical education—I focus on the whole picture of wellbeing, covering movement, mindset, and healthy habits that set children up for life.
Primary Schools:
I deliver fun and inclusive fitness workshops for primary-aged pupils, ensuring that movement is enjoyable for all abilities. My full-day school visits include:
✅ Engaging exercise sessions for all fitness levels
✅ Education on the 5 Ways to Health & Wellbeing: Exercise, Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep & Rest, and Fresh Air & Outdoor Activity
✅ Mini sessions on meditation and breathwork to support mental wellbeing
Secondary Schools:
For older students, I take a motivational approach by delivering:
✅ Powerful lectures on the importance of health & wellbeing
✅ Self-development & goal-setting workshops to help students organise their ambitions and believe in themselves
Beyond Schools:
I also work with:
✔️ Parents & community groups to educate and promote family and local well-being initiatives
✔️ School staff through INSET day sessions and training on health, wellness, and mindset
My goal is simple: to inspire, motivate, and educate every young person I work with so they can lead healthier, happier lives.
My Unique Approach
What makes my approach different? I bring a unique blend of education, fitness, and bilingualism to everything I do.
-
10+ years as a teacher – I understand the new curriculum in Wales and what is expected in schools, allowing me to seamlessly align my workshops with educational goals.
-
20 years in health & fitness – As a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, I combine my expertise in physical well-being with a deep understanding of how to make exercise engaging and accessible for all.
-
Committed to bilingualism – As a Welsh learner myself, I fully support the Welsh Government’s goal of 1 million Welsh speakers by 2050.
My sessions are delivered in both English and Welsh, making them as bilingual as possible to encourage children to embrace the language with confidence and enthusiasm.
I believe that learning Welsh should be fun, engaging, and a natural part of a young person’s everyday experience. I strive to inspire children to ‘have a go’ at speaking Welsh without fear of making mistakes—because that’s how we all learn! I also emphasise the cultural and historical significance of the Welsh language, helping children understand why keeping it alive is so important.
To support this mission, I offer a free podcast available to individuals and schools, helping new learners develop their Welsh language skills in an enjoyable and accessible way.
By combining education, fitness, and bilingualism, I ensure my sessions are not just impactful but also aligned with the evolving needs of young people in Wales.
